Our firm was constituted on February 14th, 1987 at the city of Veracruz, Ver. as a firm specialized on the services of consulting and advisory in the Financial, Accounting and Administration areas, with a regional development serving customers in the states of Veracruz and Tamaulipas, in the year 1993 it incorporates to the area of Foreign Trade and Marketing, therefore extending the services on those sectors, in the same year, the representation office in Mexico City is opened, for the attention and management of procedures at a central level in these city.
It is in the year 1996 when the subsidiary in the city of Mexicali, B.C. is inaugurated specializing in the Foreign Trade and Financial consulting and advisory, such as the legal corporate area, serving customers in the states of Baja California and Sonora, it incorporates as Specialized Trainer for Bancomext in the Northwest zone focusing in the Maquila Sector.
In the year 1998, incorporates partners and strategic alliances that allows to have representation in the cities of Manzanillo, Col. and Ciudad Juárez, Chi.; in the same year and Alliance is established with the Government of the State of Baja California for the creation and operation of the Pymexporta Center of Baja California, C.A. and the Council of Foreign Trade Consultants, C.A. is created, allowing our firm to establish platforms for the promotion and development of MPYMES enterprises focused on Exportation, such as the development of studies and projects of investment focused to this area.
To this day our firm is consolidated as one entity and it is incorporated to IEC net, it offers services with offices in 8 states and 13 cities of the Mexican Republic, besides having presence on 52 countries and having 125 members.
